Leeds Musical Theatre Choir is a choir based in the heart of Leeds that specialises in performing songs from everyone's favourite musicals from stage and screen.
The choir prides itself on its contemporary arrangements and song choices, although it still makes room for all the classics!
The choir was founded by musical director and arranger Robert Sanders.
We are excited to announce that we have launched 'Leeds Musical Theatre Community Choir!' An exciting new parts of Leeds Musical Theatre who rehearse every Monday or Thursday evening. Robert Sanders
Musical Director and Founder
Robert Sanders is an award winning Musical Director, Composer and Arranger based in Leeds. He founded the Leeds Musical Theatre Choir in 2020. Since then Leeds Musical Theatre has gone on to have over 100,000 views on its videos on Facebook, as well as perform at West End and Friends!
Robert has over 10 years experience in professional theatre having worked across the world for the Walt Disney Company. He has had 3 original musicals commissioned and performed in Yorkshire and at the Edinburgh Fringe festival.
