Plan automatically renews at the same price at the end of each subscription period. New members are entitled to a free taster session. When a new member officially joins the choir by purchasing their membership they will need to commit to 3 months of membership payments before being able to cancel their membership. There will be no refunds available during this period. This is due to the demand for a place in our choir. Yearly memberships will automatically renew, and no refunds will be available either. All members must be aged 18+. Rehearsals run in accordance with the Leeds school holidays (there are no rehearsals for 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter. There are also no rehearsals throughout August. The monthly payment is split across 12 months so payment will still be due in August.) We guarantee 42 sessions per year, including concerts and rehearsals. A concert is classed as 2 sessions with a daytime rehearsal and evening show. Sometimes due to illness a rehearsal may be cancelled, this will be a last resort and every effort will be made to try and provide a stand in musical director.
